Nova Rush — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nova Rush mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nova Rush is a free-to-play mobile game available on Google Play. The App offers optional in-app purchases that enhance gameplay.

3. User Accounts

The App may offer sign-in via Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases using real money. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use cheats, exploits, or automated systems to manipulate gameplay
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Impersonate another user or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and design of the App are the property of Muhamad Jalal and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal entertainment.

7. Data Collection

Game progress and statistics (stored locally and optionally in the cloud)
