Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your Nova Rush account and the data associated with it.
Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your game progress, scores, leaderboard entries, guild data, and all associated records will be removed.
How to delete your account in the app (recommended)
You can delete your account directly from the App in a few steps:
- Open the App.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to the Advanced section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm that you want to delete your account.
Your account, game progress, scores, and associated data are deleted immediately and the App will restart with a fresh, blank state.
What this deletes
Deleting your account removes your personal data from our services:
- Your sign-in account (Google, Facebook, and/or anonymous account)
- Your player profile (display name, email, profile photo, user ID)
- Game progress, scores, and leaderboard entries
- Guild membership and friend data associated with your account
- Daily rewards and streak data
- Local save data on your device (game progress, settings, cloud-save references)
What is kept after deletion
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics — Firebase Analytics data is retained in a form that can no longer identify you, and is used only for statistical analysis.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — retained in line with Firebase retention for stability improvement.
- Legal and security records — retained where required to comply with applicable law.
Anonymized analytics and crash data are not tied to your account after deletion.
Alternate way to request deletion
If you are unable to use the in-app option, you can request deletion by email:
- Include the email address or display name associated with your account so we can locate it.
- For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before proceeding.
- We will process your request and confirm by email, usually within 30 days.
Retention period
Your account data is deleted from our active systems upon completion of your request (immediately in the app, or typically within 30 days when requested by email). Aggregated, anonymized analytics and crash data may be retained and are no longer associated with your identity.
